We’re proud to be the only official Vokèra service agents for Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire, covering all NN, CB, and PE postcodes including PE1–8, PE13–16, PE19, PE27–29, and PE38. If you’re in these areas and have a Vokèra boiler – we’ve got you covered.
Yes – we only work on Vokèra boilers. As official agents, all our vans carry a full stock of genuine Vokèra parts, allowing us to achieve a 90% first-call repair rate. If it’s a Vokèra, our number is the only one you need.
No – there’s no call-out charge. When we visit, we’ll quote you on-site before any work begins. If you choose not to go ahead, no problem – there’s no charge.
We typically offer a next-day call-out, but if you have a Chambers Heating Service Plan, you’ll receive same-day priority service. Our Service Plan also includes a priority call system for elderly, infirm, and high-risk customers.
Yes – all our engineers are Gas Safe registered (No. 102453) and qualified to work on Natural Gas and LPG domestic boilers. You can always check our credentials on the Gas Safe Register for peace of mind.
Always. We only fit genuine Vokèra parts, and every part we fit comes with a one-year warranty for your peace of mind.

Yes – as long as it’s a Vokèra boiler, we can service, maintain, or repair it.
Even if it wasn’t fitted by us, we’re your go-to authorised service team in Cambridgeshire
and Northamptonshire.

Every boiler should be serviced or checked annually to ensure safe and efficient operation. Regular servicing helps with preventative maintenance, reducing the risk of breakdowns and costly repairs later on.
We accept all major payment methods, and payment is due once the job is complete. You’ll always receive a clear, itemised invoice for your records.
If you have an issue outside normal hours, please leave a voicemail on our office line with your contact number – we’ll call you back as soon as possible. You can also email, text, or WhatsApp us. If you’re a Service Plan customer, your name will appear on our mobile system, and we’ll call you back straight away – no other plan offers this level of priority support.
