What goes into a Vokera Boiler Service

• Visual inspection for signs of external damage, fuel spillage, overheating and water leaks. • Check ventilation requirements are correct • Check condition of flue and connections • Do a gas soundness test • Inspect heat exchanger and clean if necessary • Inspect main burner and clean if necessary • Check and test ignition • Check pump overrun (where applicable) • Check system pressure (sealed systems) • Check gas pressure modulation • Check and clean condense trap (where applicable) • Check external controls • Do a flue gas analyser test and print out. • Complete and fill in boiler service Benchmark Book • Complete and leave with customer service record/paperwork • Offer advice on how to use the boiler more efficiently
